Internship Opportunity

Summer Internship at Luk and Associates

Luk and Associates is a civil engineering consulting firm located in Hercules, CA that provides quality, responsive civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning services in the Bay Area to developers, contractors, government agencies, and corporations. We are looking for a paid hourly intern for the summer of 2010, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time project engineer position post-graduation.

Also, a big congratulations goes out to Steel Bridge, Environmental, Construction and Concrete Canoe for a great year! Steel Bridge and Environmental sweeped the competition at MidPac by taking first overall in their respective divisions, Sarah Klug placed first in the Mead Paper competition, and the Concrete Canoe team showed true spirit in the face of adversary.

 
Spring Banquet

It is hard to believe that the school year is coming to a close and that summer around the corner. We have all worked really hard this year and have a lot to be proud of! Come celebrate and reflect on all that we have done and achieved this semester with friends and faculty.

The price this year is $12 for ASCE members and $15 for nonmembers. We will be tabling this and next week selling banquet tickets and taking votes for faculty awards.
Dress code is business casual. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 28th, from 6:00pm - 9:00pm in the Lipman Room (8th Floor Barrows). See you there!
